I would like to give a big shoutout to Charles. I was super impressed as he was very punctual and courteous. My leaking roof was a big headache until Mr. Schwab showed up. He was very professional and straightforward in explaining to me the problem, no nonsense. Rather than the “salesman” approach, Charles provided us the honest assessment and solution. My roof was leaking next to the chimney. I called DryTech based on their many 5-star reviews, and they came out right away. They explained the process to repair that area, and checked the whole roof to see if it was time for a new one (not yet). They were in constant communication until the repair day arrived. They arrived on time and completed the project within a couple of hours. I was very happy with my repair and with DryTech. I would recommend them, and will use them when it is time for a new roof.

I had my roof replaced in April by DryTech. I wanted to wait before I posted a review because how am I to know if it was a good job or not? Well, my roof looks great, and I’ve had no issues, even with the wind from Hurricane Helene. Charles, the project manager, took care of everything and was a breeze to work with. They dropped off the shingles one morning before I went to work, and by the time I came home at 5 pm, the roof was done, and everything was professionally cleaned up. I found maybe 3 nails that were missed, which was surprising (I thought there’d be nails everywhere). The eaves that were replaced are perfect too. Financing was through Wright-Patt, which was another easy process. I had been dreading getting my roof replaced for years, but I would have done it way sooner if I knew how easy and professional DryTech is. Thanks for the great experience DryTech and Charles!

I had a great experience with DryTech. My house is around 100 years old and needs a bunch of work done to it. The first thing I wanted to do was get its roof replaced. I had several bids from local roofing companies, but DryTech seemed like the best way to go. A couple of things stood out about DryTech. First, I met with Charles and we discussed what I was looking to do. He did some inspections and had a couple quotes to me within an hour or so. The other companies took a day or two to get me quotes. Second, DryTech uses Owens Corning products, which are some of the best in the world. The other companies used different brands. Third, throughout the whole process, I knew exactly what was going on because Charles and the production manager, Collin, communicated through emails, phone calls, and text about what to expect. These guys made me feel like they truly cared about my experience. When the time came to get the work done, the dismantle/installation crew was huge and they were able to finish the project quickly and without any issues. My roof looks great and I am happy I went with DryTech!

The installation team was courteous and very quick in tearing off the old and installing the new. They were an efficient cohesive unit. upon completion, they cleaned up the debris and collected nails that had fallen down and around the house leaving no evidence of their being on site. Our roof is beautiful. We highly recommend DryTech Exteriors for roofing projects. Highly professional! They provided proof of insurance and worker's comp. We are satisfied and pleased!

Our journey started with wind damage to our roof earlier this year. We met with a handful of companies and knew immediately that Drytech would be the right choice. Charles S. was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable of the materials and process. We had a ton of questions for him from sales pitch to roof completion and he always returned an answer quickly. They were never pushy like some of the other companies were, so you will not feel pressured during the sales pitch. We had to battle our insurance a little bit in this claim, but luckily for us, Drytech took full control of any disputes we had and we were pretty much hands off, which was great. They went the extra mile to repaint old stacks and connect a new bathroom vent in the roof. We felt comfortable throughout the process and our roof looks great. My wife and I are happy about the decision we made to move forward with Drytech. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

Andrew Clark, the salesman, came to our home gave us an estimate and helped us with our ins agent. We had him and the adjuster here together to work out the details. Once we had everything in place, a crew came to our house within 2 weeks and in approx. 7.5 hours we had a new roof. They cleaned up well and we couldn't be happier. If you need a roof, these guys are the one to call.

We needed to have our 30 year old roof replaced. Had two other companies come out for estimates. Both reputable companies, but I felt like I was buying a used car. We were referred to DryTech by a siding repair contractor. When Brad came out for the estimate it was clear that I was talking with someone who knew everything about roofs and home exteriors. He explained why they did everything that they did in a logical and understandable way. The estimate was about 10% lower than the other two estimates. Great communication before, during and after the job. Highly efficient-replaced a large roof in less than a day with a large crew and coordinated with another contractor for fascia and soffit repair. Respected our property and landscaping and cleaned everything up afterward. Nobody wants to have their roof replaced, but if you need to have it done I don't think that you could find a better company to do it.
