I called several places and DryTech accounting manager, Hugo was out within the matter of days! He walked me through the whole process and explained everything in such great detail! He didn’t miss a beat!The whole team stayed in constant communication via email as to when supplies would be delivered to the start date! When the tear off started, Hugo was there checking on everything to ensure nothing was missed. We were beyond impressed at how quickly they replaced the wood and laid new shingles on the roof.Not only did we get a new roof we went ahead and had our soffit and gutters replaced!We couldn’t be any happier with the outcome! Based on the Quality Roof We received late last year from Dry Tech, I called Matt directly and asked him to come over and provide a gutter and downspout estimate for our new storage shed and repair two twenty yearold leaking gutters. We picked out a house matching color and he provided the estimate. He got it scheduled and the required material ordered. The DryTech team arrived on time and 45 minutes later I had 2 new matching gutters and downspouts on the new Storage Shed plus two repaired gutters. All were supervised by Matt for a perfect fit and all my questions were answered. Plus, and this is big, my wife Pam liked all their work as well. They did a great job on my roof and gutters. Job was done timely and thorough and it looks great. They did the roof, including wood, in less than a day and returned the second day and finished the gutters within a hour or so, including clean up. Would definitely recommend.

I replaced my roof and gutters. Both DryTech crews were efficient. They installed my new roof in a day, the new gutters took 1 hour. They even had several financing options. This was a great experience. DryTech came out quickly to do a quote, named a fair price, and sent their crew out right away to install our new gutters. The installation crew was very organized and professional. They were able to exactly match the trim of our house, which isn't a typical color. We had a very good experience with Hugo setting up our gutter installation and helping us with some follow up work. He was very communicative and took the time to explain things. We will use them again for our roof.
The recent storms we experienced which included several tornadoes, heavy rains and damaging winds caused some minor damage to the siding on my dormer in the attic. A section of the siding had pulled away from the J-channel which needed to be repaired. I contacted Dry Tech Exteriors and scheduled an appointment for a technician to assess the damage. Hugo Popper arrived promptly on time, inspected the damage and informed me that the J-channel was not secured to the roof and that it had appeared to have never been nailed to the roof. He explained that all it needed was a nail or two which would remedy the problem. He was kind enough to nail the J-channel in place and secured the siding properly. Copeland had replaced my roof in 2021, with below average workmanship, and I would never recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, Hugo was very professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Dry Tech to anyone needing roofing or siding and would encourage them to request Hugo as the technician.

A tremendous experience working with the owner, Brad, and sales associate, Charles. It’s good to know the businesses doing good for our community and doing good in their promise to offer quality roofing and gutter services. They were easy to work with, patient, offered advise when needed and responsive. Their employees were respectful and kind, easy to talk to and ask questions to. We love the end result and this old house has a fresh lid for decades to come. Local businesses are the best, and this team delivered.
My neighbor was having some repairs completed on their house. I needed a repair on my roof, so when I saw the truck for DryTech Exteriors and called the phone number right away. The receptionist put me in touch with Hugo. He was very kind and sent his crew over right then to take a look. The crew knew exactly how to make the repair. They brought their ladder over and climbed right up on a very steep roof to complete the job that same day. The crew was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly and I will definitely be calling them again.
A neighbor recommended DryTech, and I couldn't be more pleased. They got to us quickly, and Charles Schwab did a thorough job of trying to track down the source of our leak. He explained the potential causes then explained how he ruled each of them out. He even made a special trip to get the correct color of caulking for the repair, although you really cannot see the spot from the street. Absolutely intend to work with DryTech again whenever we need any of the services they offer.
I am rather particular about having jobs done correctly. My experience with DryTech Exteriors have been first rate from beginning to end. Andrew was great. We met with multiple roofing companies and Andrew’s initial presentation sold us paired with the companies 5star google reviews. We didn’t feel pressured into signing, yet he continued to follow up. He dealt with us in a positive way while we were trying to find the right weather day to start the project. (We changed scheduled days multiple times). He showed up on sight to confirm work was being done and was always available when we needed to ask questions. Price could have been cheaper, but overall a positive experience.
When DryTech came out, Matt Jessee spent over two hours going into my attic and onto my roof. After that was done, Matt took me through the replacement process, step by step. Other roofers that came out were at my house for 20 minutes max.On the day the work was to start, they showed up at 7:30a.m. In less than 8 hours, workers had removed the old roof and the old plywood base, leaving nothing but the rafters showing. The new roof was in place, along with a new skylight, vents, and baffles, and all debris was cleaned up. Other than a new roof, it was like they were never there.Matt showed up a few days later to give the roof on last look. He found one shingle that looked bad and told me to watch it and if it does not "flatten out" to call him back and he would replace the "bad" shingle. That is how you define service.In addition to Matt being on the job sit of-and-on all day, Brad, the owner of DryTech also came out several times during the work.Getting a new roof is an expensive project and fraught with some emotional turmoil as we, as consumers, hope we made the right choice. I was pleased with the price and happy with the outcome and how we were treated throughout the process.
We recently purchased a new home that required a new roof and gutters. Dry Tech provided us with excellent service from the start.The owner Brad came out to evaluate the roof prior to purchase which was very helpful in our decision to buy. He walked us through the process of selection and explained every step of the way. The installation could not have been smoother with an efficient crew that completed the large install in two days for the roof and one for the gutters.
