Andrew and his team at DryTech were great to work with for the replacement of my front gutters! From the time I first called to completion of the job was a very quick turnaround. My gutters were causing a mess right outside my front door, but it has been bone dry since the work was completed! I called several places and DryTech accounting manager, Hugo was out within the matter of days! He walked me through the whole process and explained everything in such great detail! Based on the Quality Roof We received late last year from Dry Tech, I called Matt directly and asked him to come over and provide a gutter and downspout estimate for our new storage shed and repair two twenty yearold leaking gutters. We picked out a house matching color and he provided the estimate. He got it scheduled and the required material ordered. The DryTech team arrived on time and 45 minutes later I had 2 new matching gutters and downspouts on the new Storage Shed plus two repaired gutters. All were supervised by Matt for a perfect fit and all my questions were answered. Plus, and this is big, my wife Pam liked all their work as well. The installation crew was very organized and professional. They were able to exactly match the trim of our house, which isn't a typical color. The recent storms we experienced which included several tornadoes, heavy rains and damaging winds caused some minor damage to the siding on my dormer in the attic. A section of the siding had pulled away from the J-channel which needed to be repaired. I contacted Dry Tech Exteriors and scheduled an appointment for a technician to assess the damage. Hugo Popper arrived promptly on time, inspected the damage and informed me that the J-channel was not secured to the roof and that it had appeared to have never been nailed to the roof. He explained that all it needed was a nail or two which would remedy the problem. He was kind enough to nail the J-channel in place and secured the siding properly. Copeland had replaced my roof in 2021, with below average workmanship, and I would never recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, Hugo was very professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Dry Tech to anyone needing roofing or siding and would encourage them to request Hugo as the technician.

My neighbor was having some repairs completed on their house. I needed a repair on my roof, so when I saw the truck for DryTech Exteriors and called the phone number right away. The receptionist put me in touch with Hugo. He was very kind and sent his crew over right then to take a look. The crew knew exactly how to make the repair. They brought their ladder over and climbed right up on a very steep roof to complete the job that same day. He explained the potential causes then explained how he ruled each of them out. He even made a special trip to get the correct color of caulking for the repair, although you really cannot see the spot from the street. Absolutely intend to work with DryTech again whenever we need any of the services they offer.

Andrew was great. We met with multiple roofing companies and Andrew’s initial presentation sold us paired with the companies 5star google reviews. We didn’t feel pressured into signing, yet he continued to follow up. He dealt with us in a positive way while we were trying to find the right weather day to start the project. When DryTech came out, Matt Jessee spent over two hours going into my attic and onto my roof. After that was done, Matt took me through the replacement process, step by step. Other roofers that came out were at my house for 20 minutes max.On the day the work was to start, they showed up at 7:30a.m. In less than 8 hours, workers had removed the old roof and the old plywood base, leaving nothing but the rafters showing. The new roof was in place, along with a new skylight, vents, and baffles, and all debris was cleaned up. Other than a new roof, it was like they were never there.Matt showed up a few days later to give the roof on last look. He found one shingle that looked bad and told me to watch it and if it does not "flatten out" to call him back and he would replace the "bad" shingle. That is how you define service.In addition to Matt being on the job sit of-and-on all day, Brad, the owner of DryTech also came out several times during the work.Getting a new roof is an expensive project and fraught with some emotional turmoil as we, as consumers, hope we made the right choice. I was pleased with the price and happy with the outcome and how we were treated throughout the process.
