Colin came over and listened and inspected everything and gave us a plan to fix our roofing problems. The Dry Tech team came over and realized our issue was the rubber roof was never installed right. They corrected the part that was leaking and then went above and beyond by finding the same the thing on the other side and fixing it as well. I highly recommend them.

We chose them because the estimate was so clear and detailed, and even midway through the project when they needed additional supplies (which was expected) the cost was straightforward. Throughout the whole process they were very easy to reach and often had answers to our questions, or even able to drop off info at the house, within an hour. Hugo Popper, the estimator who came out to give us a quote, actually climbed up on our roof, and spent a good deal of time up there taking notes and pictures of every detail so he could not only give us an accurate quote, but to ensure the team that would be working on our roof knew every little thing that needed to be addressed. He spent some time while here to build our quote, and went over it all, including the financing options Drytech offers. We had already received quotes from other companies, and still had a couple more to get before making our decision on who to go with. Ultimately, between Drytech's MUCH lower price (than some of their competitors, who were offering the exact same materials and labor time), and Hugo's patience, professionalism, and help fullness, our decision was clear: Drytech had earned our business!And the promises made for price, time-frame, and scheduling were absolutely kept by the crew who came out to re-roof our house! Those guys put-in a looooong day up on our roof in 95°+ heat, and finished the job the same day! Not only that, but after they left, the only signs they had even been here were our brand new roof, and a small yard sign. (Not a single shingle, nail, or piece of trash to be found ANYWHERE!)The next day, the gutter crew came out to remove and replace our equally-ancient gutters and downspouts, and they were here such a short amount of time, I thought they must've forgotten something, and needed to go get it to finish the job, or something...... But upon walking outside to see what was going on, I realized they'd left because they were already DONE! (Talk about FAST!)Listen, going into this whole process we were convinced we were going to have to pay a small fortune to replace our roof, and worried it was going to be a lengthy process that would disrupt our lives for days on end... But Drytech made the whole thing dead-simple, super-fast, and SURPRISINGLY affordable! The fact that they're a local company, and not just another branch of some giant, national conglomerate made the choice easier as well. (We like to keep our money in our community as much as possible, instead of handing it over to some giant, faceless megacorp.) Oh! And speaking of keeping our money local, DryTech's financing options are through Wright Patt Credit Union, not some massive, generic bank who doesn't give a crap about you.If you need a new roof, gutters, or siding... Charles was so professional in his dealings with us. He thoroughly explained the process and what our roof needed. We have a home that is over 150 years old with an 18 year old addition. The old roof was metal over cedar shake. The entire roof had to come off except the rafters. We had black shingles installed throughout so the roof is now uniform. They also replaced 2 skylights. The job was done in less than one day. The crew was absolutely amazing and cleaned up the yard so that it looked better than when they started. One of the guys even helped me take down Christmas lights without me even asking!We received a very similar quote from another reputable roofing company but we went with Drytech because of Charles’s personal attentiveness and willingness to sit down and discuss all our needs and wants. We were able to use zero percent financing which was an added bonus!

Professional sales staff provided thorough detail of work to be performed including schedule and primary/secondary work dates accounting for weather. Work teams arrive before 7:00 AM and left my home after 7:00 PM leaving the property as clean as when they arrived to include moving potted plants and deck chairs to their original locations. They scheduled me two weeks after the inspection for my new roof and the team showed up early to get started. They were also able to get the new roof installed quickly while I was at work and had everything cleaned up before I returned home. My gutters were scheduled for two days later and they were able to get them installed within 2 hours! Major shout out to Andrew Clark! We sought out DryTech because of their reputation for installing Everlast Advanced Composite siding. We had done our research ahead of time and were sold that this is one of the best siding options on the market. We quickly set up an appointment and had Hugo arrive shortly thereafter. Hugo provided us with a 5 star experience from start to finish. He took the time to answer each of our questions and when he didn’t have an answer for us he got the Everlast rep on the phone to answer for him. I can't say enough good things about Dry Tech exteriors. I had a company put on a new roof for me. It took them weeks and they did a really horrible job and caused damage to my home. I called Dry Tech to replace their work. Dry Tech Identified all the problems, gave me a nice report to send to the insurance company. They got me on their schedule right away and got my roof replaced in a day and gutters replaced the next day. They were so efficient that I barely knew they were there.
