We decided to go with DryTech after shopping around several roofing companies. Both price and quality seemed to be best at DryTech so we decided to use their service. Everything from sales to post roofing cleanup was exceptional. The crew was able to tear off our decking and have new roof installed in under six hours. Very clean and professional. They used tarps to cover our shrubbery and A/C unit. Something else that sold us during the initial quoting process was that the other companies we looked at insisted we have additional work done, such as installing power vents. It seemed like DryTech was the only company quoting what needed to be done versus what other companies could convince us to pay for, and it made us trust them more.

Matt from DryTech was wonderful! We needed to have our old roof removed and replaced. Everything was explained and choices were made. They approved the job and told us what to expect as far as when the roof would be done. The communication throughout was excellent. When the date arrived the workmen were here at daylight and completed the entire job in one day. It was getting dark so Matt sent the crew out the next day to make sure that everything was cleaned up in the daylight. I would not consider using another roofing company. My husband and I are very pleased.

I called my previous roofing company about a leak in my roof. They sent a guy out that just blamed it on the windows. He opened the screen a bit "to let the water escape since the drain may be clogged". That did nothing, of course.
I then called DryTech and they sent Charles who was very knowledgeable and pointed out several spots where water might have been coming in. He closed those areas with the appropriate sealent and, while we've only had one significant rain, so far no leaks! Highly recommend!

Dryech was very responsive when a gutter fell off the house due to ice dam. When most other places I contracted either thought the job too small or it would take a lot of time to get the job done, Drytech was out in a few days and got the job completed in just a week. Hugo explained to me the options on the estimate and did not pressure me into anything. He listened to my concerns and offered solutions to meet my needs. The installers were prompt, did great work, very polite and cleaned up the best they could with all the ice and snow.

I am planning on selling and when I buy a new home, if there is anything I need done, Drytech will be my first call.

They explained the process to repair that area, and checked the whole roof to see if it was time for a new one (not yet). They were in constant communication until the repair day arrived. I had my roof replaced in April by DryTech. I wanted to wait before I posted a review because how am I to know if it was a good job or not? Well, my roof looks great, and I’ve had no issues, even with the wind from Hurricane Helene. Charles, the project manager, took care of everything and was a breeze to work with. They dropped off the shingles one morning before I went to work, and by the time I came home at 5 pm, the roof was done, and everything was professionally cleaned up. I found maybe 3 nails that were missed, which was surprising (I thought there’d be nails everywhere). The eaves that were replaced are perfect too. Financing was through Wright-Patt, which was another easy process. I had been dreading getting my roof replaced for years, but I would have done it way sooner if I knew how easy and professional DryTech is. Thanks for the great experience DryTech and Charles!

I had a great experience with DryTech. My house is around 100 years old and needs a bunch of work done to it. The first thing I wanted to do was get its roof replaced. I had several bids from local roofing companies, but DryTech seemed like the best way to go. A couple of things stood out about DryTech. First, I met with Charles and we discussed what I was looking to do. He did some inspections and had a couple quotes to me within an hour or so. The other companies took a day or two to get me quotes. Second, DryTech uses Owens Corning products, which are some of the best in the world. The other companies used different brands. Third, throughout the whole process, I knew exactly what was going on because Charles and the production manager, Collin, communicated through emails, phone calls, and text about what to expect. These guys made me feel like they truly cared about my experience. When the time came to get the work done, the dismantle/installation crew was huge and they were able to finish the project quickly and without any issues. My roof looks great and I am happy I went with DryTech!

They were an efficient cohesive unit. upon completion, they cleaned up the debris and collected nails that had fallen down and around the house leaving no evidence of their being on site. Our journey started with wind damage to our roof earlier this year. We met with a handful of companies and knew immediately that Drytech would be the right choice. Charles S. was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable of the materials and process. We had a ton of questions for him from sales pitch to roof completion and he always returned an answer quickly. They were never pushy like some of the other companies were, so you will not feel pressured during the sales pitch. We had to battle our insurance a little bit in this claim, but luckily for us, Drytech took full control of any disputes we had and we were pretty much hands off, which was great. They went the extra mile to repaint old stacks and connect a new bathroom vent in the roof. We felt comfortable throughout the process and our roof looks great. My wife and I are happy about the decision we made to move forward with Drytech. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

DryTech was one of four roofing companies my husband and I received quotes from for a total roof replacement. Hugo, our project manager, spent more time at the house than any other roofing company, inspecting the roof and explaining the roof replacement process to us. We went with DryTech after comparing quotes and reviews, along with our personal experience during inspection.

We recently had our roof replaced with DryTech and my husband and I are very pleased with the entire experience. Andrew Clark, the salesman, came to our home gave us an estimate and helped us with our ins agent. We had him and the adjuster here together to work out the details. Once we had everything in place, a crew came to our house within 2 weeks and in approx. 7.5 hours we had a new roof. They cleaned up well and we couldn't be happier. If you need a roof, these guys are the one to call.
